Can we work on a challenge to broaden participation in STEM fields and other high-skilled professions?
Can we work on a challenge that is not one of the five challenges?
I want to work on a project to broaden participation in STEM fields and other high-skilled professions?
The goal is to increase the number of women, disabled people, and people from underrepresented communities (e.g., Latinx folx, black Americans and other people of African descent, indigenous folx and Native Americans) in STEM fields and other high-skilled professions, such as law, finance, accounting, and management consulting.
Also, I want to develop tools (for data science) to enable people, particularly from the aforementioned people groups, to use data analytics in their academic pursuits and jobs/careers, so that they can break the glass ceiling and compete with privileged people in the aforementioned prestigious career fields.
I would develop examples of fictitious scenarios in public health, higher education administration, sociology, biochemistry and biology.

It has to respond to one, or more of the challenges.
